My story starts in a small
town in Sicily called Carini, where my
parents were born and raised. They came to Brooklyn, New York
at a young age, bringing with them not just their dreams, but the
heart of Sicilian cooking especially amazing pizza and pasta.
In our home, the sauce was always simmering, the dough was always rising,
and the table was always full. I grew up watching my family
turn simple ingredients into something unforgettable.
